basic event information:
Our beautiful upstairs space is complete with a bar, fireplace, couches, dartboards, hightop and formal dining tables. We take event requests for parties of 8 or more and can accommodate well over 100 guests. Our second floor can be fully rented out for private events or we have semi- and non-private event options that we offer at no cost. Want to check out the space? FOOD & DRINKS:
We offer food packages for large groups as well as the option to order ala carte from our regular dining menu for groups of any size. Our regular dining menu can be viewed here. Drinks can be ordered at the second floor bar; options include the beer we brew in our brewhouse (just steps away from our dining area), Big Hill Ciderworks hard ciders (on tap & in bottles), a selection of red and white wines, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
PARKING & TRANSPORTION:
We have a small parking lot directly behind our building as well as access to a much larger parking lot behind that. Guests traveling on Lancaster Ave (Route 30) should turn onto Main Avenue and take the immediate left into the Malvern Federal parking lot. Continue to the parking spots located in the large portion of parking lot. During regular bank hours, please do not park in any of the assigned bank spots. Additionally, we are located directly across Route 30 from the Berwyn Train Station which provides easy access for SEPTA riders on the Paoli/Thorndale Line.
I would like to buy my guests’ first drink. Is that possible?
Yes! We can provide you with tickets that you distribute to guests. Drinks that are “paid for” using a drink ticket will be charged to the host tab. Guests may then start their own tabs to purchase additional beverages.
I want to host a birthday party. Can I bring a cake?
Sure! Please also bring utensils for cutting and serving your cake.
Do you have AV equipment?
Our Smart TVs on the second floor can receive USB or HDMI connections but we do not own additional AV equipment. We have the ability to rent (at host's expense unless otherwise arranged) projectors, screens, wired and wireless microphones, speakers, and anything else that you may need for your event.
Can I decorate for my party?
We do permit balloons and light decorations, but please ask before bringing decorating for your event. We ask that you do not attach anything to the walls using nails or tape. Please no glitter/confetti.
Do you have a children’s menu?
Yes. Our children’s menu includes a hamburger or cheeseburger, grilled cheese, and chicken fingers with choice of side.
Can I book live music for my event?
Live music can be booked for private events upon approval from our executive team.
How much does it cost to rent out the entire upstairs?

Do you host weddings?
Unfortunately we are not booking wedding ceremonies or receptions at this time, but would be more than happy to host your rehearsal dinner!
